CloudPlay is the biggest online streaming platform for education in Taiwan and is developed by Industry Technology Research Institute.
As an UX intern, I joined the team in the early stage of development, and have participated in the whole process, from brainstorming, user research, prototyping, usability testing to producing user guides.

User Manual Video
To introduce CloudPlay to users in more details, I wrote scripts for user manual videos. My works focused on explaining the functions and usage scenarios of our product, leading users to explore more possibility of application. With my professional performing experiences before, I also acted as a narrator for these videos.
